A cup that allows the user to drink without the need to sit up or raise the their head and permits dribble-free drinking.
Ideal for drinking while lying in bed. The convalescent cup has a lid with a mouth-piece, which has a hole large enough to accommodate a straw. Opposite the mouth-piece, there is a small air inlet hole in the lid. By putting a finger over the air hole you can regulate the flow of the liquid to minimise spills.
